W3Schools: Great tutorials on everything. This is my main source of information in my Web Foundations Class.

Adobe TV: Lessons on all the Adobe software
Digital Design: Foundations of Web Design: Digital Design is a year-long curriculum guide that develops ICT skills in web design and production using Adobe web tools. You can use Digital Design in career and technical education courses as well as general web design classes.
Joe's Web Foundations Class Web Site: We use Microsoft Sharepoint in our district so everthing is housed in a sharepoint site.

Design

Online Mockup Tool: This is a great tool for creating a quick mock up of your site.
Kuler: This is a great site for developing color schemes.
ColorBlender: your free online tool for color matching and palette design.

Other

Adobe Broswer Lab: This is a great way to view your web pages in a variety of browsers.
Filezilla: This is a free FTP application I use at home and in my classroom.
Web Developer Toolbar: This is a great add-on for Firefox.
Validating: This site will check your coding for errors.
Editpad Lite: This is a great text editor.

Online Tools

Adobe Photoshop Express: Photoshop Express is your online photo sharing and editing resource. Upload, tweak, rotate, edit, share and store your photos.
Tutorials: Logon and Upload (3:46) Edit (2:55) Kelby Training Videos (These are great!)
Adobe Premiere Express: Online video editing or video remixing through Photobucket (with your pictures and video) and MTV (remix their video).
Google Docs: Create, upload/download or share your Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents. But the best web tool is the online forms you can create and manage!
SchoolTube and YouTube: SchoolTube is the educational version of YouTube.
Tutorial: Embedding Online Video (1:45) In this tutorial you will learn how to easily embed your video from either of these online video sharing services into your Dreamweaver web page.
rsizer: This site will do some basic image editing.
Wordle: This is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide.
BuzzWord: Adobe® Buzzword® is a new online word processor, perfect for writing reports, proposals, and anything else you need to access online or work on with others. It looks and behaves like your normal desktop word processor, but it operates inside a web browser, so there's no installation required.

This online word processor and pdf converter is powerful and free!
Flickr: Online photo and video sharing and editing tool.
Tutorial: Flickr (4:26) This will show you how to upload and share your Flickr images.
Picasa: Free software from google that lets you organize, edit and share your photos.
Animoto: Animoto is a web application that automatically generates professionally produced videos using their own patent-pending technology and high-end motion design. Each video is a fully customized orchestration of user-selected images and music. Produced on a widescreen format, Animoto videos have the visual energy of a music video and the emotional impact of a movie trailer.
Emailmeform: Email Me Form is a free online form generator service that helps you create HTML forms for your website, with no programming required. Within minutes, by using our easy to use form wizard you can design simple or complex forms that send you an email each time your visitors submit them. After creating the web form, you get a HTML code to paste in your website, and the form will be there and working!
